Norbert has BC degree both in finance and HR. During the early years of his career he worked as senior consultant for international recruitment and executive search companies. For 10 years he was acting as HR Manager for a major Hungarian IT group of companies with 250 employees. After living in the UK and Belgium for a while he returned to Hungary and led an executive search company. Later he participated in organizational development projects as consultant. In 2022 he joined ITL Group as HR Manager to drive the growth of our company from the HR aspects. He actively participates in the professional work of ITL HR Solutions. He is fluent in Hungarian and English.
