Main tasks:

Performing full payroll accounting tasks for the company’s foreign clients
Entry and exit of employees
Up-to-date performance of social security paying local tasks, with full authority and customer contact
Accurate and precise fulfillment of reporting, declaration and reporting obligations
Performing tasks related to labour administration; regular reports
Contact with company clients and authorities
Coordinating or participating in payroll implementation projects and supporting the project manager
Answering customer questions by the agreed deadline



Payroll and social security administrator qualifications and active expertise
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong user level computer skills
Knowledge of the relevant up-to-date regulatory background
Independent, precise and accurate work
Desire for knowledge, willingness to learn
Customer driven communication
Team player, helpful, supportive attitude
