Thanks to her empathy and infinite patience, Boglár is also in charge of the firm’s HR department.
Boglár has been working for LLF & Partners since 2004, initially as a trainee, currently as a senior lawyer. Boglár received his law degree from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest in 2003, and took the bar exam in 2008. In 2018, she attended a Master’s degree in English at the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest and obtained a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in International and European Tax Law.
In addition to her excellent knowledge of English and Italian, Boglár has excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, Spanish and German. In addition to M&A, Boglár is specialized in labour law and contract law.
