Born in Hungary, she first graduated at the Faculty of Arts from Eötvös Loránd University, Budapest majoring in Hungarian and Italian Language and Literature and continued her studies at the Budapest Business School with a complementary degree from the Faculty of International Management and Business in 2005. After 2 years of trading experiences, she worked for 11 years in various company management positions in the real estate development and the hotel industries. Born in Verona, Italy, in 1967, he graduated in Economics and Business. He moved to Hungary in 1992. He started his professional career in Budapest at a well known English consulting company, assisting foreign investors and two years later he became partner. In 1995 he established ITL Group, one stop-shop consulting company, assisting a large numbers of investors in Hungary. He has been often invited by Institutions, Banks, Chambers of Commerce, Universities and Newspapers, bringing his experience, competence and analyses regarding the Hungarian – Italian relations. He participates actively in several Associations and Clubs. He has been awarded the “Paul Harris Fellow” twice by Rotary International and the title of “Officer of the Order of Merit” by the President of the Italian Republic for his role in stimulating economic and business exchanges between Hungary and Italy. Beside Italian, he is fluent in English, German and Hungarian.

Born in Italy, she moved to Hungary in 2001. She started collaborating with ITL Group in 2002 on special projects related to the development of international retail chains. Subsequently she was able to develop experience in the real estate sector, in negotiations and then focus the following years in the accounting, tax and legal areas in support of the needs of the Customers. After being responsible for coordinating the tax, accounting and payroll divisions for several years, she has been appointed in 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. In addition to Italian, Alessia speaks Hungarian and English perfectly.

Born in Budapest, in 1989, she attended the Pázmány Péter Catholic University and pursued a degree in History of Arts.

During the last year of her studies, she acquired a Payroll and a Social Security specialist certificate, and she has been working in this field ever since. She always chose to work for account firms because of their diversity, which she loves.

She started her journey with ITL Group in April 2021, and since 2022, she has been working as a team leader in our ITL Payroll area.

Born in Siófok, Hungary. In 2018, she qualified as a Certified Public Accountant at the Pallas70 Education Center. Since October 2019, she has been working at ITL Group as an Accounting Assistant.

Born and living in Debrecen, Hungary. In addition to her degree in Economics, she obtained the auditor qualification in 2015, then in 2017 she became a tax expert and an IFRS certified public accountant. At a multinational company, she worked in the field of controlling, in the business sector, in professional fields where she gained extensive experience in organizing and managing accounting, financial, tax and strategic tasks. In the autumn of 2020, she joined ITL Audit as an Auditor.

Born in Kecskemét, Hungary, Anikó graduated in 2003 with a degree in Economics and Financial Administration. She also obtained a professional qualification: as a certified public accountant (1998), as a tax advisor (2008), as an IFRS certified public accountant (2016). Anikó has been working in the field of accounting and taxation since 1998. She joined the ITL Group team in 2012. In the following years she covered positions of growing responsibilities until she became Chief Accountant, leading a team of about 20 professionals and around 110 clients. Anikó speaks Hungarian and she is in the process of developing her English skills.

Born in 1997 in Budapest, she graduated from Pázmány Péter Catholic University in Italian and completed a Master’s degree in translation. She worked as an English-Italian post-editor for the EU Language Expert Group for one project. She joined ITL Group in 2023 as Front Office Manager.

Anna was born in 1987 in Budapest. Although she graduated from the Corvinus University of Budapest as a landscape architect, Anna began her career in application management: he gained more than five years of experience in European Union grants. She also gained work experience in central and municipal administration. She got interested in the financial field, and in 2021, she started to train at Penta Unió Zrt. Anna joined the ITL Accounting team in 2022 as a junior accountant.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Eötvös Loránd University in 2020, and in the same year she moved to Italy, where she gained professional experience as a trainee at Scaringella & Partners Law Firm for a year. During her Italian practice she improved her legal and linguistic skills. Her working languages are Italian and English. She is specialized in civil law and company law.

Born in Budapest in 1973, she graduated in Event and Cultural Management, PR and Non Profit from Berzsenyi Daniel University of Szombathely in 1991. For several years she organized trainings and conferences for a leading Italian company in Hungary in the energy and transport sector. In 2002, within ITL Group she established the non profit organization Kopernikusz, dedicated to developing special life-long learning programs, to the management of EU tenders and bank relations for large and SME companies. The organization has grown into an actual division of ITL Group and, under her guidance, was renamed ITL EU Finance. Active part in numerous European projects involving vocational training and equal opportunities, she has developed skills in online marketing and social media management as well. Since 2019 she has been working as Operations, Sales and Marketing Manager at Vagheggi, company ITL Group has a financial interest in.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of the University of Pécs in 2021. As part of her university studies, she spent six months in Italy, at the University of Foggia on Erasmus+ mobility. After a year of experience as a tax advisor, Barbara joined LLF & Partners in 2022 as an associate. Her working languages are English and Italian.

Being business oriented and overly resistant Bence is a great deal closer.

Bence is a valuable member of the firm since 2018. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University and took part in an Erasmus program at the University of Rome. As prior experience he worked in an Italian law firm in Rome and he has been assisting mostly Italian clients since 2010, however he speaks fluent English as well. He is familiar with corporate law, real estate law, insolvency law and the court enforcement procedures. He had the luck to become the GDPR specialist of the firm obtaining his DPO certificate in 2018.

After obtaining her high school diploma, she completed an OKJ-certified office management course. Since 2001 she has been performing administrative and sales tasks in various fields. Currently, as an assistant accountant, she supports her accounting colleague in speed up their work.

Thanks to her empathy and infinite patience, Boglár is also in charge of the firm’s HR department.

Boglár has been working for LLF & Partners since 2004, initially as a trainee, currently as a senior lawyer. Boglár received his law degree from Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest in 2003, and took the bar exam in 2008. In 2018, she attended a Master’s degree in English at the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest and obtained a Master’s degree (LL.M.) in International and European Tax Law.
In addition to her excellent knowledge of English and Italian, Boglár has excellent verbal and written communication skills in French, Spanish and German. In addition to M&A, Boglár is specialized in labour law and contract law.

Born in Baján in 2000, Dóra Antal decided to continue her high school studies in economics, which led to her love of accounting and bookkeeping. She became an accountant with business balance sheets in 2021 and moved to Budapest.

She graduated in Economics in Corvinus University and continued her education with a complementary degree in the faculty of Law in ELTE, two of the most prestigious universities in Hungary. She obtained a diploma in auditing and IFRS certification. She is also a member of the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors. Specialized in audit and transfer prices, she has been working as auditor for different companies from the manufacturing, trading and service sectors since 2001. In 2010 she joined ITL Group founding her own company, ITL Audit. Since then she has been providing audits and transfer pricing services to a growing number of international clients. Besides Hungarian, she speaks Italian, English and Portuguese.

Born in Budapest in 1995, she graduated from the bilingual Kölcsey Ferenc High School in French, and then obtained a degree in International Business Administration in French at the BGE- Faculty of International Business Economics. She is a financial administrator and communicates with clients in English and French.

Born in Budapest, she graduated from the Faculty of Letters of the Eötvös Loránd University, with a specialization in Hungarian and Italian. She has worked for Italian owned companies  for 10 years and then, by taking advantage of the professional experience gained this way, she joined the ITL Group team as a Key Account in the summer of 1999. She speaks Hungarian and Italian.

Born in Budapest, she graduated in 2019 from the Kada Elek Secondary School of Economics of the Kecskemét Vocational Training Centre, where she fell in love with the world of accounting. She then continued her studies in Finance and Accounting at the Neumann János University in Kecskemét, and successfully graduated as an economist in 2023.
Immediately after graduating, she threw herself into the world of work and started working as a junior accountant at ITL Group Kft.

She graduated from Sopron University in 2004. She has been working as an office manager for LLF & Partners since 2015. Her main tasks include the day-to-day administration of the office, electronic legal procedures such as submissions to the court, company modifications, payment orders etc.

Éva was born in Hatvan (Hungary), where she graduated from the local school as a qualified accountant and then as a chartered accountant, majoring in entrepreneurship.
In 2010, Éva graduated as an economic engineer from KRF in Gyöngyös, majoring in finance.
In 2016, she also obtained the IFRS accounting qualification.
She joined the ITL Group team in June 2023.

He graduated as a Chartered Accountant at the Zsigmond Lyceum in Óbuda, and has more than 10 years of experience as a registered chartered accountant. His main areas of expertise are full accounting of small, medium, and large enterprises, mainly, seed production – distribution, online sales, trade accounting of other activities.

Born in Veszprem, Hungary, in 1976, he graduated from the Faculty of Law of Péter Pázmány Catholic University, Budapest. He has built up his experience in the Tax field working for the Hungarian Tax Office in Budapest (NAV) for several years. There, he was part of the Legal and Coordination Department as a Legal Counsel. In 2010 he joined ITL Group as a lawyer. In 2014 he became a Certified Tax Expert and VAT Specialist and consequently Member of the Association of Hungarian Certified Tax Experts. After playing an active role in the structuring of ITL Tax Advisor, a new division of ITL Group, he became the head of the newborn department in 2016. Other than being called as a speaker to a number of conferences, he is Counsellor in Tax Legislation at the Ministry of National Economy. His specialties are tax law and criminal law/criminal aspects of tax avoidance.

She graduated in 1998. After that, she mastered the basics of accounting. In 2007, she completed her continuing education in accounting. In 2008, she acquired the title of social security administrator and in 2013 she graduated  as a social security and salary specialist. In 2015, she improved her knowledge of taxation and got a tax advisor qualification. In 2017, she also obtained an IFRS certified public accountant professional qualification. She has been working as an accountant in different areas of business field. She has joined the ITL team  as an accountant in 2014. Besides Hungarian, she has been learning Italian since October 2020.

Ildikó was born in Budapest in 1972. She joined ITL Accounting in 2014. After graduating as a Certified Public Accountant, she has always worked in the accounting field. With the support of ITL Group, she does her job accurately and professionally. She speaks Hungarian.

Born in 1988 in Szatmárnémeti. In addition to her teaching diploma, in 2014 she obtained a qualification as a social security and payroll specialist. After the qualification, she worked as a social security administrator in a payroll office in Eger, where she gained a lot of experience in the field of social security thanks to the varied clientele. She has been teaching social security for almost eight years in a vocational training course. She joined the ITL Group team in August 2022. She speaks Hungarian.

She was born in Csenger. Irén graduated from the Károly Gundel Vocational High School. She has been working since 1977 for payroll as an administrator. In 1992, she obtained her degree as a social security lecturer with excellent results. She has been strengthening the ITL Group team since 2012. Since 2020, she has been working as a commissioned team leader with 4 payroll accountants. She speaks Hungarian.

Born in Italy in 1987, she studied Communication, Entrepreneurship and Marketing. She graduated in Public and Political Communication from the University of Turin, with a specialization in media analysis. She built her career working in various fields of communication, from photography to digital marketing, in several European and non-European countries, before becoming a consultant for ITL Group since the end of 2018. Within ITL Marketing, she is responsible for company communication as well as being the Editorial Project Manager for Economia.hu. Besides Italian, she speaks fluent Spanish and English and she is currently studying Hungarian.

Born in Hungary, she started her studies with a degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Pécs and continued with a specialization in Labour Law & Industrial Relations at the University of Szeged. She recently graduated from Budapest Metropolitan University and became a service process developer. She started working for a primary Italian dairy company in Hungary, where she gained a 10-year of experience first as an interpreter and manager assistant after that, as HR Manager. Then, she gained another decade of experience inside big Danish, American, and Dutch multinational electronic and mechanical manufacturing companies in Human Resource Manager positions. In 2014 she joined ITL Group with her 20 years of professional and leadership experience, becoming soon the Manager of ITL HR Solutions. Certified internal auditor, Payroll, and Social Security specialist, she’s an accredited BMC Business & Management Coach, with fluency in English, besides Hungarian. She is also a certified Italian interpreter.

She was born in 1961 in Budapest and she graduated as a chartered accountant in 1997. Judit has been working in the field of accounting for 30 years. Within the ITL Accouting division, she is currently working as Team Leader. She speaks Hungarian and she is strengthening her Italian language knowledge.

Judit was born in Hajdúböszörmény, where she graduated from the vocational high school of economics in 1999. In 2002 she obtained the qualification of a qualified accountant, in 2021 she became a tax consultant. She speaks Hungarian. Judit has been working in the field of accounting since 2000 as an accountant. In 2019, they were registered in the mandatory register of accounting service providers maintained by the PM. Judit joined the ITL Group team in 2021.

Born in Budapest, Julia obtained a degree in social security administration from OKJ in 1999. She has worked for 17 years as a payroll accountant at a German-owned international accounting firm. She joined ITL Group in 2018. She speaks Hungarian and German fluently.

Kata was born in Debrecen, completed her secondary education in Hajdúszoboszló, and graduated from Nyíregyházi University as an economist with a specialization in finance in 2001. She graduated as a social security administrator in 2007. She has been dealing with payroll since 1998. Kata has gained experience both in medium and small companies and in public administration environments. She speaks Hungarian.

Krisztina graduated from high school in Miskolc, where she trained as a financial and accounting administrator, and then worked for a year in an accountancy office. She obtained her qualification as a chartered accountant at Penta Union Education Centre and joined the Duna Expert team as a junior accountant in the summer of 2023. She speaks Hungarian.

Born in Miskolc, she has a degree in foreign trade and marketing specialist (OKJ), and her studies were partly in French. Her tasks include liaising with customers and suppliers in French, preparing offers and contracts, invoicing and payroll administration. she joined the Duna Expert team in 2002.

Levente Lajos graduated from Janus Pannonius University Pécs in 1994. He earned a master of banking and finance in Milano, an LLM at the University of London in EU law and recently a second LLM at UC Berkeley in US law. He founded his independent firm in 1997. As working language he speaks English and Italian. His firm has built a reputation in representing well known Italian brands. Although LLF & Partners offers a wide range of services to international investors, he considers himself a litigator. He is proud of having recruited and kept together a strong and steady professional team. Father of four, his favorite passtime is spending valuable time with his family. His sports are yoga and horse riding.

Born in Dunaújváros, Hungary, Lilla graduated from the University of Dunaújvár with a degree in Management. Norbert has BC degree both in finance and HR. During the early years of his career he worked as senior consultant for international recruitment and executive search companies. For 10 years he was acting as HR Manager for a major Hungarian IT group of companies with 250 employees. After living in the UK and Belgium for a while he returned to Hungary and led an executive search company. Later he participated in organizational development projects as consultant. In 2022 he joined ITL Group as HR Manager to drive the growth of our company from the HR aspects. He actively participates in the professional work of ITL HR Solutions. He is fluent in Hungarian and English.

In 2012 she took her bar exam and since January 2013 she has been running her own law firm. She has been collaborating with LLF & Partners since 2016. Her specialization fields are civil law, administrative law and banking law. She mainly deals with real estate, business, insolvency and debt collection procedures and she has been assisting a Hungarian financial institution for 10 years.

Born in Mohács, Hungary, she graduated from ELTE. Since the beginning of her career she has been focusing on property evaluation and real estate brokerage. She is pursuing a BBA in Marketing and Business. She started her broker activity in 1998 and she became a registered Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Evaluator in 2001. With a wide experience in selling buildings and apartments also arising from Banks’ NPL portfolios, she joined ITL Group in 2013. As Head of the ITL Real Estate division, she has managed the selling of a number of estates from the portfolios of banks such as AXA and CIB. She is fluent in 4 languages: Hungarian, German, Italian and English.

Born in Budapest, she studied Foreign Commerce at the University of Budapest. She has gained over 20 years of experience in the business sector, first as an employee, later as a director and now as chief of a European event network, Head of Training and Corporate Events at ITL Group and Head of Accelium – the Hungarian Center. She has furthered her studies with a course in Integral Psychology at Integral Academy, an NLP qualification with Dr. Richard Bandler with a license from the Official Hungarian Institute for Adult Education of the Society of-NLPTM, a Life and Business Coaching qualification with a focus on transaction analysis from Mediator Academy and the Spiral Dynamics European certified course with Dr. Don Beck. She is a Focus Trainer accredited by the Focusing Institute di New York, OFTEX and the Hungarian Somato-Psychotherapy Association and she is registered as a Divorce, Economic and Relational Mediator at the Ministry for Justice. Besides Hungarian, she is fluent in Italian and has a good knowledge of the English language.

Born in Budapest in 1979, Teréz Joó graduated from Eötvös Loránd University in 2004 with a specialization in French Language and Literature. She began her career as a travel organizer before transitioning to a service center. It was there that she first became interested in supporting French payroll accounting. In 2016, she obtained a qualification as a social security and payroll accounting officer from the Training Center of the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors.

She then gained extensive experience as a payroll and social security accounting officer at one of Hungary’s leading technical goods companies. She also worked for a year at an accounting firm, where she expanded her professional skills through the diverse range of clients she served. In June 2023, she officially joined the ITL Payroll team. She is fluent in Hungarian, English, and French.

Tímea was born in Budapest. In 2019, she completed the financial and accounting clerk’s training, and in 2020, she obtained business balance sheet qualification. She worked as an accountant for a pharmaceutical company for 1 year and a half. She joined the ITL Accounting team in 2022.

Born in Budapest in 1978, she has gained nearly 10 years of experience as head of accountancy. After working for several years as head of finance for a national luxury brand and for an additional 8 years in accountancy, she joined ITL Group in 2013. There, she has been responsible for one of the two teams of accountants with around 110 clients. She has been mostly dedicating her attention to tax and fiscal consultancy matters since 2019 and was promoted as Head of ITL Tax Advisor in 2020. She speaks Hungarian, English and Italian, and she’s currently deepening her knowledge regarding IFRS.

With more than 28 years professional experience in Hungary, Xavier Defaÿsse has acquired a deep understanding of the issues of European investors in Hungary.

As managing director of Duna Expert for more than 20 years, Xavier has acquired specific skills in local tax issues, Hungarian accounting treatments, financial group reporting and IFRS restatements.

Previously he has coordinated various audit and due diligence with PwC in France from 1987 to 1993 and in Hungary from 1993 to 2000. As also controlling director in Hungary for a large Belgian retail group, he has been responsible for setting up the internal audit department and monitoring the monthly reporting including implementing corrective actions.

Graduated at the Garay János High School in Szekszárd, she obtained her degree in Italian Studies at Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest. With former experience in commerce and in the hospitality industry, she has been working with ITL Group since 2014 and as a Key Account since 2017. She is in charge of the administrative and invoicing area since 2020. She speaks Hungarian, Italian, English and German.

Born in Veszprém in 1979, graduated from European Business Polytechnic in 1999 majoring External Trade, got her second degree in Business Management from the Institute of Commercial Management, Bournemouth, England holding a distinction in Business Law and Marketing. Started her professional career in 1998 as Head of Marketing of External Trade, then moved to the tourism sector as Global Key Account Manager and Head of Sales of the largest Travel Agency in Hungary. In 2006 after her first child was born she joined Aera Property and Marketing Ltd. as an Account Director. Her responsibilities included project development and project communication of foreign investors in Hungary. Having worked for over 11 years with Aera Group, she than became Managing Director of 3 companies of the group and the controlling owner of Aera Concept and Communication Ltd., which specialized in Destination Marketing. Having received her certificate in EU grant management in 2006, she has been continuously involved in her projects and since then, became a counsellor in grant management. Joined to Asesor Consulting Ltd. 2015 and to ITL GROUP in 2021. Her areas of expertise include different sectors and companies, regardless of whether they belong to an SME, Multinational Company, Municipality or Foundation. Having familiarity within various sectors including Tourism, Nonprofit Organizations, Information Technology, and Industrial Developments, her core strengths lie within holding over 20 years of professional experience in project strategy, project development and project funding, specializing in project development of managing investments up to 10-15 million Euros. Being a mother of 3 children, she is continuously studying, she got her latest Certificate on IT programming in 2020. Mother tongue Hungarian, fluent in English, intermediate in French.

Born in Budapest, she graduated from the Szent István Higher Professional School of Economics in 2002 and obtained the financial administrator and accountant qualification in 2003. Following an internship,  she obtained the qualification for Accounting in Business Administration in 2009. She joined ITL Group in 2010. She has been a registered member of the Chamber since October 2014. In 2021 she started a tax consultancy course. She speaks Hungarian and intermediate German.
