Born in Italy, she moved to Hungary in 2001. She started collaborating with ITL Group in 2002 on special projects related to the development of international retail chains. Subsequently she was able to develop experience in the real estate sector, in negotiations and then focus the following years in the accounting, tax and legal areas in support of the needs of the Customers. After being responsible for coordinating the tax, accounting and payroll divisions for several years, she has been appointed in 2022 as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. In addition to Italian, Alessia speaks Hungarian and English perfectly.
