Representation in arbitration procedures. Arbitration is a valid, efficient alternative to settle civil disputes compared to the ordinary court system, because the possibility to choose the arbitrators guarantees their independence. The arbitral proceeding does not adopt the rules of the Code of Civil procedure and is therefore more flexible. The forum is made up of third parties chosen on the basis of mutual agreement between the parties. For disputes between companies we prefer to suggest an arbitration clause. Arbitration can be created ad hoc or constant.
