Born in Hungary, she started her studies with a degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Pécs and continued with a specialization in Labour Law & Industrial Relations at the University of Szeged. She recently graduated from Budapest Metropolitan University and became a service process developer. She started working for a primary Italian dairy company in Hungary, where she gained a 10-year of experience first as an interpreter and manager assistant after that, as HR Manager. Then, she gained another decade of experience inside big Danish, American, and Dutch multinational electronic and mechanical manufacturing companies in Human Resource Manager positions. In 2014 she joined ITL Group with her 20 years of professional and leadership experience, becoming soon the Manager of ITL HR Solutions. Certified internal auditor, Payroll, and Social Security specialist, she’s an accredited BMC Business & Management Coach, with fluency in English, besides Hungarian. She is also a certified Italian interpreter.
