With more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, she is an experienced professional with a focus on staff development.
Mainly in manufacturing companies, (Ceva Phylaxia – Pharmaceuticals, Sealed Air Hungary – packaging production, but in the service sector, Inter-Europe Bank, ISS Facility Services, Facility Management), in the service sector (e.g., in the field of various aspects of staff development. She is responsible for the payroll and management, training – development, performance appraisal, and gender last but not least, coaching.
She graduated from the College of Public Administration and then from the Diploma in Public Relations from the College of Foreign Trade.
She has a degree in Human Resources Development from Corvinus University HR as a second graduate. She is also a coach and trainer coach and trainer. Besides her native Hungarian, she can communicate in English and Italian.
