The moral approach that distinguishes ITL Group’s success is enclosed and summarised in three criteria, which are considered pillars of the mentality that drives each employee in their daily work. These criteria are Ethics, Sustainability and Creativity.
Ethics means conducting business with integrity, driven by a passion for entrepreneurship, a love of challenges, a care for employees, partners and customers to inspire people and shape a better world.
Sustainability comes from sharing the same world. Being responsible for the impact of one’s company for a leader is the key to inspiring positive change for a sustainable future.
Creativity springs up from a dream, combining intuition and vision into action. A creative innovator will shape our future through his or her courage and deep awareness.
After 25 years of passionate work and dedicated service to the business community in Hungary, the need arose to translate the company’s principles and spread them positively through an award.
The “ATLAS Award”, is intended to become the annual public recognition of those entrepreneurs who are good examples of ITL Group’s distinctive values. Making a difference is also about highlighting positive examples, thinking outside the box and creating a better world.
It is crucial to share this objective by nominating those entrepreneurs who are considered promoters of an ethical, creative and sustainable approach.
With this regard, the goal of Atlas Award is also to show proximity to valuable actors of the Hungarian business environment and build a community able to bring benefits to the economic ecosystem.
Atlas Award is presented during the Budapest Business Party, a valuable initiative for the city’s and the country’s business landscape.
The Award of the first edition consisted of a statue created by the international artist Marco Veronese. Starting from the concepts of Ethics, Sustainability, and Creativity, this Italian sculptor, painter, and visionary gave life to a work of art that mixes classical aesthetics and modernity.
