25 years with our ITL ALUMNI

For The 25th Anniversary Of ITL Group It Was Organized An Online Event To Celebrate The Company's Actual And Former Employees, With The Participation Of Also Many Trainees.

“25 years is an important first destination for a company, especially if it was founded at a young age and with little experience in a complex foreign country. ITL Group has gone from being a very small consulting firm for Italian companies to becoming one of the top 20 consulting firms in Hungary, according to the rankings of the Budapest Business Journal but it is without a doubt the most accredited specialist in Italy-Hungary relations. And for that I personally wanted to thank all the people who have contributed to this growth, even those young people or recent graduates who have been with us even for just a few months but with all their energy and have often inspired us in our projects.

In 2020, we felt their nostalgia and we, therefore, wanted to organize an online event, to see them again and learn about the evolution of their lives: who has stayed in Budapest, who has returned to live in Italy or other countries, who has moved, who built a company … It was a very exciting moment for me, but also for those who took a dip in the past also remembering that distant period in which they enjoyed the life of the internship student in Budapest 🙂

I join in the words of Cesare Occhioni << Even if 16 years have already passed since my internship, it seems 16 days … >>.

I would therefore like to thank all the participants and in particular the six people who presented themselves in front of everyone:

  1. Cesare Occhioni (2004 trainee),
  2. Gianni Verlato (2010 trainee),
  3. Angelo Scarpa (2011 trainee),
  4. Enrico Beltrame (2013 trainee),
  5. Mirko Podda (2016 trainee)
  6. Giacomo Romeo (2017/8 trainee).

From ITL Group I would like to thank all the people who have taken care of but also cared about the training of our trainees over the years, in particular Luigino Bottega, Sheila Moriconi who attended the meeting. And of course, Claudia Leporatti, who, although she no longer works with us, is still part of our ITL Team and who in the 10 years she has been with us, in addition to having managed Economia.hu has been an invaluable resource for the development of the projects of the marketing!

I also thank Viviana Premazzi, CEO of Global Mindset Development for her speech on the development of the skills that develop during an internship abroad, the most requested soft skills in recent years.

A final thanks also to Brunilda Qushku and Irene Pepe, our communications manager, who, having organized and moderated the event, allowed me to embrace, at least virtually, people I had not seen for years but with whom the joy and the enthusiasm as just 16 days had passed … “
