An Innovative Corporate Training Program Has Landed In Hungary: Accelium

Created by chess masters, game theory professionals, Accelium is an important tool for a company, not just for human resources activities, but also for managers, professionals and people who want to develop their soft skills.

Present in over 6 continents, 40 countries and used in 12 languages by over 4 million learners and over 10,000 facilitators, the Accelium program teaches managers to use game thinking at work.

The program introduces managers to the method used by chess masters and game theory experts for analysis, problem solving, decision making and flexible thinking.

Using various mind and strategy games, the program simulates complex managerial challenges through a focused, interactive process that sheds light on the thinking habits and helps develop dynamic, adaptive thinking.

Why use games as a tool FOR SKILLS DEVELOPMENT?

In the game the masks fall, the game emotionally touches each of us and we will remember better what we have studied.

We offer four workshops on four different topics:

  1. Analysis
  2. Problem solving
  3. Decision making
  4. Flexible thinking

During the workshops we train the participants with games and tests that we can use as evaluation tools. Every workshop lasts four hours

After the workshop there is the possibility to have a personal coaching session where we can look at the results of the test together with the participant to see “where they are at”.

This can help us understand how this game-based training could help them grow

Moreover, the participants receive a link so they can continue exercising at home and train in all of this by themselves

Just like running – where the more you run the better you get at it – here the more you practice the better you get as well.

If you want more information on this method you can contact the Head of our Accelium Growth Center in Hungary, Szilvia Szlavitsek at sz.szlavitsek@itlgroup.hu.
