ITL ALUMNI MEETS TO RESPOND TO THE faq OF INTERNS 2023

On 15 December,we held an online meeting between those who have already experienced their internship with us and those who will join the ITL Marketing team in the first semester of 2023, to welcome new students and address the most common doubts about finding a place to rent in Budapest, the number one concern of those about to move, how to get around the city easily and which areas to choose.

IITL Group alumni is the place dedicated to building relationships with all the people who have spent their internships with us over the years. To celebrate the 25th anniversary of ITL Group, we organized a series of events aimed at developing this community, including a workshop with Viviana Premazzi, an expert in intercultural relations in the workplace and founder of GMD Global Mindset Development, who explained the importance of internships abroad

The event was moderated by Elia Andriollo, tirocinante attuale di ITL Marketing, che ha gestito con una grande bravura l’incontro svoltosi in lingua italiana, in attesa di un prossimo evento più grande in lingua inglese per essere accessibile a tutta la comunità di ITL Alumni (che include persone dalla Grecia al Kazakistan, dalla Francia all’India…).

“It’s always nice to return to a place where you’ve already enjoyed yourself: thanks to Irene and Elias for giving me the opportunity to meet again and see many familiar names and faces!”. The fact that we were present in such large numbers is a testament to the love and gratitude we all have for the ITL Group!”

Nicoletta Santoro

It was very exciting for me,” commented Irene Pepe, Communications and Marketing Manager who mentored most of the people on the call. “Next year we have already confirmed more than 12 people for the first six months of the year and we are turning down many applications because we have already reached the expected number of people. The team will work in two groups, rotating, some days at ITL Group and other days at Duna Expert.”

The meeting between former and future trainees was an excellent opportunity for everyone to share their experiences in a very convivial atmosphere. Despite the absentees who would have liked, but were unable, to attend, the meeting was attended by 18 people, some of whom are now finishing their studies and others are already working in business, finance and culture. Our former trainees emphasized the importance of the experience they gained and the skills they acquired during their internship at ITL Group, which enabled them to embark on an ambitious career.

What do you think you will be remembered for?

We asked each person what they think they will be remembered for and the answers were varied (here are just a few): Claudia Lupoli who was the client of the Vagheggi video, Matteo Barbaro who was among the few to speak Hungarian and his immense help in the development of Accelium , Rita Virgillito  who supported the creation of the charity project in favor of Bator Tabor explained here on Economia.hu and for moderating the video interview on the most common questions about the internship with Vincenzo Di Pasquale , Daniele Perinelli e Antonio Cinus (you can watch the video here), Gianluca Bruno who in addition to writing about economic news came to the wine tasting a Etyek for the birthday of ITL Group, Irina Gorshkova for her exceptional graphic design skills and in-depth articles on the plastic industry, Anastasia Vitou for her analytical approach to market research and benchmarking linked to Tax and Legal Explorer.

How not to mention Brunilda Qushku, , to whom we must give credit for her enthusiasm and commitment to the development of ITL Alumni, and for launching the ITL Alumni interview series (below in video with Niccolò Traldi and you can also read the interview with Asselya Sekerova, here adn with Ercole Cipollone, here).

There were also those who recalled the first challenges of the internship, such as Antonio Cinus, who had been cheated out of the payment for the flat but remembered for having been able to develop Economia.hu cwith professionalism; and Nicol Santoro, who referred to the less than positive feedback on her first social media report, but who excelled in all other activities and events with Atlas World, including the following month’s report🙂

ITL Group is a memory I treasure,” says Gianluca Bruno. “From time to time, I still struggle to realize the enormous luck I had in living this experience, which, on a professional level, provided me with a wealth of skills that proved to be decisive in launching new adventures.”

But it is on another aspect that I would particularly like to dwell: the awareness of having had at my side a brilliant, prepared, listening and incredibly empathetic manager Irene Pepe. t was comforting and highly motivating. Her management philosophy sets the right and healthy conditions to successfully carry out the assigned projects, always putting the Team first and managing to establish a relationship of sincere friendship and esteem.

I will never forget him and he will be an example if I am ever lucky enough to lead a team in my professional career.”

Gianluca Bruno

Adél Keri, Hungarian from Veszprém who has just started her internship experience at ITL Group Marketing, knowing very well the city of Budapest offered her help for the new interns arriving in Hungary in the search of a convenient flat to stay in the city..
