Dimitry Ljasuk: Awarded Business Hero 2022
Dimitry Ljasuk, the founder of Pozitivo Digital, was honored at last year’s Atlas Award for his ethical, sustainable, and creative (ESC) approach, as well as his company’s dedication to making a positive impact on the world.
The Atlas Award ceremony took place on October 6, 2022 at Haris Park and was attended by approximately 120 guests from the Hungarian business community. The event was organized by the ITL Group in collaboration with Mvük.
The award winner, shared his personal journey on stage during the ceremony. Born in St. Petersburg to a Hungarian mother and Ukrainian father, he has lived in various cities in Hungary since the age of one. Ljasuk believes that modern society has become disconnected from nature and aims to bridge that gap through his films. His motto, “Notice it, discover it and care for it,” guides his film-making process.
A Commitment to the Tisza River
Ljasuk’s deep affection for the Tisza River stems from his father, who often took him fishing there. He considers it a place of solace that replenishes his spirit and helps him find himself. However, he emphasizes the importance of not only receiving from the Tisza but also giving back. Ljasuk actively participates in and organizes waste collections and other initiatives that benefit the lake and the river. He views Hungary, with its many beautiful places, including Lake Tisza, as a precious gem that needs to be cherished.
