The ITL Group joined the MCC Fest again with the skills development training and assessment system of Accelium. This year, you could find us in the tent of the Learning Research Institute. The world has changed and accelerated, so it is necessary to discover and develop skills that meet these new challenges.

Many people came to us to try what they were capable of. There were shockingly clever children! These events show plenty of talented, intelligent, and smart young people.

Today, flexible thinking is a skill that helps you be more efficient and stress-free, whether at work or in your private life. These skills can be developed in a fun way. Creative thinking is also needed more and more every day, as well as thinking outside the box and the ability to think in the first place. It sounds strange, but schools don’t primarily teach you to think; but you have to keep a mass of information in your head, and then you’re good. Certainly, even in adulthood, one of the fundamental challenges today is to master the thinking process of both employees and managers. It is essential that they start asking questions, understand what they are doing, and not just copy.

Constructive independent work can be achieved only through continuous development.

We hear much information that we have to process every day. In the same way, we develop machines to be fast and efficient; we should also develop ourselves.

Just think that in the past, people didn’t have to process as much information in one day as we do today. How to follow this, how to keep up with this? By developing our thinking strategies and skills. We do not update the software, but rather the hardware. WHAT IS ACCELIUM? HOW DOES GAME-BASES LEARNING WORK?

Accelium is a game- and artificial intelligence-based skills development training program in which we use online games as a tool. This methodology originated from Israel and was developed and created by chess grandmasters and game theorists. During the training, we learn the way of thinking, strategies, and techniques of these professionals, incorporating them into everyday life.
