Michele Santacroce is a resourceful, passionate and determined young man. He was at intern at ITL Group in our Marketing division from March to July 2019.
Back in Italy, he started working for JobsAcademy, the training institute where he was once a student, as a marketing and communication manager.
A CHAT WITH OUR ALUMNI : MICHELE SANTACROCE
During our chat with Alessandro Farina and Irene Pepe, his tutor during the internship, Michele gave us many useful tips, not only professional, but also on a more personal level. Michele told us interns and recent graduates to jump at the opportunity, to test our limits, to not be ashamed of not knowing and above all to ask questions.
Difference is made by those who ask questions rather than those who give answers.

Michele also told us not to be afraid to make mistakes, because, as it is commonly said in Italian, “nessuno nasce imparato!”
Indeed, no one is born knowing all, and in particular no one already knows all the skills of the trade. Instead, you learn to create your own with years of experience, and it’s all made possible with the determination and the desire to get involved, both of which have to be lit like fire inside, to inspire us in the long term
I believe that we all have to reflect on Michele’s words: we all have to recognize that everything that is unknown to us holds the potential for knowledge, and that we can learn everything that is out there if we never stop exploring
I hope that these words will help, even if in a small way, those like me whose experience in University and with their traineeship is coming to an end.
