On May 17th, Asselya, Stefania and Michela, 3 of our ITL Marketing interns, terminated their internship at ITL Group. During the internship they managed to become very very precious assets. The meeting has been organised to welcome the new interns for the summer period; to thank, say goodbye to the spring interns and listen their feedbacks.
Irene Pepe, who manages the team directly, listed the huge amount of amazing content produce in the last two months. She highlighted how they fearlessly and proudly they bring their perspectives to the table at every meeting. “It has been a huge pleasure to have had them with us” – she added.

Our marketing interns have decided to make a surprise for the company’s goodbye meeting by writing a message. Irene Pepe, ITL Group Marketing and Communications Manager, is the one proudly sharing “ITL Marketing is“. Stefania Della Rovere has chosen to define her internship experience with the word “Creativity” for the high variety of creative brainstorming they have carried out, Arianna Cerri has chosen the word “Friendliness” for the friendly environment they have been working in, Asselya Sekerova “New horizon” for the new perspectives and views this internship has offered them, Michela Nardelli the word “teamwork” for the importance of working as part of a team in a marketing division and Buyan Bold the word “cool” for the hip, fun and modern approach this company has to marketing activities.

Alessandro Farina, ITL Group Managing Director: We are a very dynamic company, always evolving and ready for new challenges in the fast changing world we live in. Sheila Moriconi, ITL Consulting Head of Division: I even have lost count of how many years I’ve worked at ITL Group, I really enjoy what we do and how fast we are growing in the last years. To achieve this we really appreciate the contributions of our colleagues and interns. I hope more interns will join ITL Group, not only in ITL Marketing but also our other divisions’ doors are always open!
Luigino Bottega, ITL Marketing Head of Division: I hope this experience would be a great investment and an important part of your life and I believe you can make a great impact on the “playground of life” by being best of ourselves and with what you’ve learned at ITL group. I would like to welcome with warm greetings those who are joining today and hope you will enjoy those upcoming months.
Marco: I expect an enriching experience to professionally grow my hard and soft skills. I feel super honored to have the chance to work with such a dynamic team. I hope I can make most out of it during my internship and would like to contribute as much as I can.
Gianluca: I’m passionate about different languages, cultures and I’m super excited about this experience, it will be my first foreign experience and can’t wait to start. I’m really looking forward to it and hope it will be a great experience.
Feedbacks about their lives at ITL MARKETING
Our interns were greatly satisfied with their time at ITL Group and here is what they said about their experience at ITL Group.
Buyan: “It was a great pleasure and experience, and I hope to achieve more with ITL Group. My internship is not done yet :)”
Arianna: “I haven’t even realized it’s already the end of my internship. I was very nervous and anxious before beginning my internship, however, the whole experience was truly eye opening with the help of Irene and team. This experience was amazing and now I finally understand what Alessandro means for choosing the right people you want to work with! Everyone was so kind, patient and funny. I’m grateful for that.”
Asselya made a power point for the occasion and she said: “ITL Group opened new horizons for me, and my experience was creative, strengthening, challenging and yet, I enjoyed all parts of openness and friendliness of the team and greatly appreciated my task and work we’ve done. Special thanks to Irene with her nice smile and always being positive”.
Michela: “It’s already sad to say goodbye, I enjoyed how ITL Group is so flexible and fun. I’ve enjoyed the parts of improving my language and creative skills during this internship and really appreciate how we worked as a team. I can’t wait to come to Budapest and meet with everyone.”
Stefania concluded the meeting with her comment: “Personally I’ve learned how important it is to accept constructive criticism, working as a team, multitasking and most importantly I have seen all the values of ITL Group and grown a lot during my internship. I greatly appreciate this experience and would like to thank everyone on this journey.”
