We spend the morning on one question: how does your company turn AI into a real advantage, starting Monday?
You will not sit through three hours of slides. Every topic is followed by a live interaction on your phone: you answer, the room’s answer appears on screen, and we work from your real situation instead of a hypothetical one. By one o’clock you will have made five decisions you have probably been postponing.

10:10 — Part One: The Permission Slip. What the AI Act actually allows you to do — including the changes made in July 2026 that most companies have not yet read. The four risk levels in business language, the one distinction that determines your entire obligation list, and the honest calendar of what applies when. You will classify your own company before the break.
10:55 — Part Two: The Quantum Leap. How the regulation becomes a commercial advantage. Why AI governance is becoming a procurement requirement, and where the real gains sit: not in employees using chatbots, but in AI built into your processes — analysed live, using the ones participants bring.
11:55 — Part Three: Build Your Plan. Five decisions, forty minutes, made in the room: who owns AI, what you are already running, what you tell your people, what your vendors have committed to, and what you build in the window. Facilitated, not taught.
12:35 — Roundtable: Off the Record. Open discussion under Chatham House rule, with anonymous questions submitted throughout the morning.
13:00 — Networking and refreshments.
WHO IT IS FOR
Company owners, managing directors, board members and senior managers — the people who allocate budget, sign contracts and carry the responsibility.
It is right for you if your company already uses AI somewhere, and if you would rather spend three hours deciding than three months reading.
Not for you if you want technical or engineering guidance, or a legal opinion on a specific case.
