Tecnocasa Group: Success in Hungary and Beyond

We had the pleasure of speaking with Laura Bindi, Tecnocasa Development Manager in Hungary, and László Szabó, Chief Executive Officer of Tecnocasa Hungary, who told us how Tecnocasa has developed in Hungary since 1996, focusing on the company’s philosophy and customer focus.

Tecnocasa Group was founded in Italy with the aim of offering transparency in real estate brokerage, establishing a direct relationship with customers, and adopting a socially and environmentally responsible approach. Could you kindly share your company philosophy and describe the main values that guide your work?

The Customer is at the center of our work. Customer satisfaction is the priority for us. The company provides the affiliates with internally developed tools for all our working stages (such as the database, connected between the affiliated agencies for customer management), the creation of the magazine with real estate offers divided by zones or the portal. These are all tools that have proven successful over the years because they are adapted to market changes. The services offered by the agencies are highly qualified thanks to their deep knowledge of the market and territorial diversity.

Clients have become more demanding, more selective, in the choice of brokers and that is why we are committed to working with transparency and competence. Our rules are simple and related to everyday, to ‘operativeness both between colleagues and towards clients. We carry out our work with tenacity and balance and above all with great respect, commitment and responsibility.

The synergy between brands helps us to complete the needs of the client in the different aspects of the stages of acquisition and management of real estate. The client is our invaluable asset, which determines our own growth.

Tecnocasa Group has achieved remarkable results in Hungary thanks to the presence of four brands (Kíron, Immocto, Tenocasa commercial, Tenocasa Group) mainly dedicated to real estate brokerage and credit mediation. Could you give us a more detailed explanation of the main activities you carry out in the real estate sector through your brands? 

The Tecnocasa Group was founded on residential real estate brokerage, entering the market first in Italy and later in 8 other countries, including Hungary in 1996.

Residential real estate, the Tecnocasa franchise, is still the Group’s most dominant player. It was followed by Kíron in credit intermediation, which today, thanks to many years of experience and independent advice, provides strong support in serving a wider range of clients. With the evolution of the market and the emergence of small and large investors, the launch of professional property management as a service became indispensable, and a new member of the Group has created it under the Immocto brand, which has now become an essential service for our foreign clients, as well as for our domestic investors.

Our efforts in the commercial and industrial segments created a complete synergy, resulting in the creation of Tecnocasa Commercial, which covers the entire range of real estate brokerage services.

We still have a long way to go, but thanks to decades of experience and the dedication of the network, we are able to grow with perseverance.

Tecnocasa Group stands out as a provider of brokerage services in the field of buying, selling and leasing real estate through a dedicated network of agencies in franchises. Could you please provide an overview of the key services offered by Tecnocasa Group to its clients and explain how the company differs from other real estate operators in Hungary?

I can proudly and confidently say that any individual member of the Tecnocasa Group sees his or her work as a life journey, not as a stopover, not as a fad, but as a way to build something lasting, which requires a real client focus beyond the full service.

In our network, meritocracy is part of the business model, so we can guarantee professionalism and dedication. Furthermore, in addition to the professional orientations listed above, the territorial priority ensures an outstanding knowledge of the local market, both in terms of prices and clients.

It is the combination of all these that creates a base of satisfied, returning clients, who now stand out in terms of quality, but also in terms of quantity, and who make the difference.

Tecnocasa Group provides a quality service, maintaining a relationship of trust with its customers and ensuring a positive experience in real estate transactions. Through what initiatives and practices do you pursue the corporate philosophy?

Our business philosophy is passed down through internal training programs, adapted to each nation in which we are present, but with fundamentals of method the same for all.

Experienced colleagues accompany younger colleagues at every stage of our work. The personal experience of each of our collaborators , on the territory , together with the national training school become for us a reason to study and spread the working method and also for continuous improvement.

Young people are the engine of our Group, they are our present and will be our future, the lifeblood that every day makes us improve and makes us feel closer to the changing world. The enthusiasm of young people is what is needed to develop our network. Their growth comes only by meritocracy after a path that sees them first collaborators, then managers and then owners of one or more stores.

The Tecnocasa brand is not sold to outsiders, because each agency must work according to unique chrisms and values.
