Description: Discussion of the conflict birth reasons, characteristics based on interactivity. Based on participants personal experiences we give solutions to resolve the conflicts using cases from the practical life. Tools of assertive communication could be the solution of the daily conflict handling.
Ideal participants: We suggest this workshop to those who are in frequent contact with clients, customers, and those who are dealing with small teams and of course to everybody who is interested in this issue.
Workshop participation is free of charge but registration is mandatory.

Personal development consultant, trainer and coach
With more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, she is an experienced professional with a focus on staff development.
Mainly in manufacturing companies, (Ceva Phylaxia – Pharmaceuticals, Sealed Air Hungary – packaging production, but in the service sector, Inter-Europe Bank, ISS Facility Services, Facility Management), in the service sector (e.g., in the field of various aspects of staff development). She is responsible for the payroll and management, training – development, performance appraisal, and gender last but not least, coaching.
She graduated from the College of Public Administration and then from the Diploma in Public Relations from the College of Foreign Trade.
She has a degree in Human Resources Development from Corvinus University HR as a second graduate. She is also a coach and trainer coach and trainer. Besides her native Hungarian, she can communicate in English and Italian.
